Our assignment was in 1 of their 6 key international locations, this Caribbean country is also the main source of liquefied natural gas imported into the USA. Transaction Leaders Ingrid White Wilson, Esq. and Ian Jones – Concordis MCCG; Henry Stein – Cushman & Wakefield Services Provided Advisory Services – Project and Facilities Management Consulting Project Highlights As part of a worldwide alignment of business practices, standardization of metrics and performance measurement Concordis MCCG was retained through its affiliate Cushman & Wakefield to capture and document the size and nature of the local real estate portfolio, convert the information into new worldwide matrices for database common analysis and assess the validity of a 5 year plan assumed by local management as a result of a merger and based on a local business plan. After more than six months working with key managers of the local subsidiary, regional executives in the USA and world headquarters in Europe, the project executive team was successful in establishing a baseline from which decisions, data and plans could be structured and communicated on a worldwide standard, thus allowing the subsidiary to finally align and be measured with its headquarters and other operating affiliates.
